Today was an exciting day for the crew at Custom Choice Cereal! The Carolina Entrepreneurial Initiative (CEI) offered to feature our gluten-free custom cereal business in their next newsletter and came by with a photographer to take pictures. The purpose of the CEI is to promote entrepreneurship across UNC campus, and their newsletter helps to achieve this goal and has featured a lot of great local companies in the past. The best part is that they also include updates about formerly featured entrepreneurs so you can follow their stories.
