One of our favorite sites with very frequent updates on anything related to celiac disease and gluten-free news is Celiac-disease.com. If you browse through the site you will realize that our friend Tiffany Janes is one of the most active contributers and in fact wrote one of the first reviews of our customized gluten-free cereal in October 2009.

Custom Choice Cereal talked to Tiffany yesterday, and she reminded us that we never posted her other review of gluten-free cereal mixes on The Essential Gluten-Free Blog. She did an outstanding job and wrote that “the fact that my cereal was made with my choice of ingredients is directly related to the fact that I love it!”.

Even though our recognition of her work is overdue, the actuality and quality of Tiffany’s comments are certainly no less accurate!
