While this was true at that time we learned since that Senator Kevin Parker of the New York State Senate passed a resolution proclaiming May as Celiac Awareness Month in New York State.

Please let us know if there are any other States officially recognizing May as Celiac Awareness month. That would obviously be something we’d like to hear!
