Happy first Friday in December! This means that there are only a few weeks left in this year. It also means that we at Custom Choice Cereal are recognizing the most creative names you gave your custom gluten-free cereals.

It’s definitely interesting to see how your ingredients change with the seasons. As the days got shorter and colder, most of you choose to add more Apples, Pecans, Walnuts, Chia Seeds, and Chocolate Chips to your cereal. A few of you want to keep the summer in their cereal bowl and create gluten-free breakfast blends with Pineapple, Organic Coconut, and Apricots. We can sympathize!

It’s true – another week has passed. A quick glance at the calendar revealed that this was week 45, which means that there are only 7 weeks left in 2010. Time passes quickly at Custom Choice Cereal!

A busy and somewhat crazy week is ending today, and we at Custom Choice Cereal aren’t even referring to the mid-term elections…

Besides meeting tons of great new people we also saw quite a few outstanding names for the gluten-free cereal and granola mixes that you created. By now it has become a good tradition for us at Custom Choice Cereal to recognize a few of them and hopefully inspire some of you for when it’s time to name your next gluten-free cereal concoction. We at Custom Choice Cereal saw some very interesting mixes and names this week. There clearly are two trends: those who miss summer go with the more tropical ingredients such as Pineapple, Macadamias, Coconut, and Mango, while others are adjusting fully to Fall and choose Pumpkin Seeds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, and Sunflower Seeds in their gluten-free cereal.

In any case, we saw some amazingly creative names that you gave your custom cereal creations. As it has become a good tradition here at Custom Choice Cereal we’d like to recognize a few of them, so here you go:
